The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (NY ACCA) and the firm of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton this month will present a CLE seminar titled Recent Developments in Mergers & Acquisitions: What In-House Lawyers Need to Know.
The program will take place on Wednesday, March 10 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Cleary Gottlieb offices, One Liberty Plaza, 39th Floor, New York City.
The speakers will be Marcus Colwell, managing director in the Merger Leadership Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Company, and Ethan Klingsberg and David Leinwand, Cleary Gottlieb partners.
