Massachusetts CLE has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Sarbanes-Oxley and Other Whistleblower Claims which will take place on Thursday, July 27 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Attend this program for an insightful review into whistleblower issues and learn to represent clients - whether they are whistleblowers or the organizations defending such a claim. A panel of experienced practitioners will walk attendees through the basics of initiating and responding to a whistleblower claim, and examine the latest developments in the area.
Faculty members will discuss emerging trends in this hot area of the law and give valuable practical insight to practitioners of all levels.
