Massachusetts CLE (MCLE) on Friday, February 20 is offering a seminar titled Employment Law for Business Lawyers and In-House Counsel.
The session is designed to help attorneys effectively advise businesses on employment law matters, and assist business clients in avoiding employment law liability.
The faculty of employment law specialists will explain common labor and employment law issues faced by business lawyers and in-house counsel. They will help attendees spot the issues and provide practical solutions to common situations. They also will review common mistakes made by attorneys when advising employers.
Serving as program chair is Catherine E. Reuben, Robinson & Cole.
The program will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
