Massachusetts CLE this month will present its 8th Annual Real Estate Conference.
The symposium will take place on Friday, March 17 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
The Real Estate Law Conference contains seven sessions that give an update on important topics that affect attorneys' clients and practice.
The session will include a discussion of House Bill 904. This pending legislation, if passed, would permit non-lawyers to close residential and commercial loans in Massachusetts.
