MCCA, WBADC Plan Mentoring Seminar

Research conducted by The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) concludes that mentoring is essential to the career advancement for minority and women lawyers. With this in mind, MCCA and the Diversity Forum of Women's Bar Association of Washington, DC (WBADC) this month will present a seminar titled 8 Minute Mentoring.

The session, set for Wednesday, April 21, will provide those who are looking to be a mentor or looking for a mentor the opportunity to meet professionals within the MCCA network. This structured event will maximize the number of contacts participants can make both with in-house and outside counsel possessing various levels of experience.

The program will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the offices of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, 1800 Massachusetts Avenue, NW, Washington, DC.

For details on program fees, see the Bulletin Board in this issue.
