MCCA Slates Sixth AnnualCreating Pathways To Diversity Conference

The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) early next month has scheduled its Sixth Annual Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference, a session designed to provide practical tools and resources that attorneys need to further personal career growth and meet organizational diversity goals.

The conference will take place on Wednesday, November 2 from 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel, 1535 Broadway, New York City.

Some of the breakout sessions from which participants may choose include:

  • Accountability Metrics Within Law Firms vs. Corporate Law Departments;
  • Client Views on Effective (and Ineffective) Ways to Market Diversity.

Among the speakers are Rhonda McLean, associate general counsel, Time Inc.; Lucy Helm, vice president-employment litigation, Starbucks Coffee Company, and Laurie N. Robinson, founder, Corporate Counsel Women of Color.
