The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) early next month will honor three regional Employers of Choice at the organization's 2006 Western Region Diversity Dinner.
The event will take place on Tuesday, October 3 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, 404 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. A reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner from 7 to 9 p.m.
The dinner is designed to celebrate industry leaders who have demonstrated a commitment to diversity and have been successful in creating and maintaining an inclusive workplace.
The 2006 Western Region Employers of Choice include: Steven R. Zatkin, senior vice president and general counsel, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc.; Javade Chaudhri, executive vice president and general counsel, Sempra Energy, and Steven L. Emmons, vice president and general counsel, Taco Bell Corporation.
