MA Bar Association Schedules Third Annual In-House Counsel Conference

The Massachusetts State Bar Association (MBA) this month will present its Third Annual In-House Counsel Conference: Current Compliance Issues.

The conference is scheduled for Thursday, October 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Boston/Dedham, 25 Allied Drive, Dedham, MA.

The Third Annual MBA In-house Counsel Conference is intended to follow up on the first and secondannual conferences and address current issues of compliance facing in-house counsel.

The program will address current topics relating to director duties, impact of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance on public and private companies, compliance from the auditor's perspective, attorney conduct and attorney responsibility, relationship and reporting between counsel and auditors, and document retention and data managementissues.
