The Practising Law Institute will hold its annual ethics update on Monday, December 22 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the PLI New York Conference Center at 810 Seventh Avenue.
Titled Staying Out of Trouble: What Every Attorney Must Know About Ethics 2008, the program will focus on and offer practical advice about three current ethical concerns: conflicts checks and conflict waivers, how to handle the dishonest client, and attorney fee issues.
