Kristi L. Vaiden InstalledAs NJ Corporate Counsel Association President

Kristi L. Vaiden, deputy editor and deputy general counsel for The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, was seated as president of the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) at the organization's Annual Dinner last month. She succeeds Arthur H. Saiewitz, corporate counsel, Lucent Technologies Inc.

The dinner, which featured a wine tasting, installation of officers and directors and the introduction of committee leaders, took place on Wednesday, November 16 at the HighLawn Pavilion, West Orange, NJ.

Other officers installed at the meeting included President-elect Lee Braem, counsel-environmental health and safety, Tyco International (US) Inc.; Vice President and Secretary Valerie J.
