Intellectual Property Summit Rescheduled

The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) have rescheduled their 2006 Intellectual Property Summit for Tuesday, June 6.

The program will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, Ryders Lane Exit off Route One, New Brunswick, NJ.

Some of the region's most authoritative intellectual property practitioners will address today's hottest issues in the areas of patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. They also will explore practical strategies and best practices for managing legal risks involved in dealing with intellectual property. Also included will be a discussion of ethical issues.

The conference moderators are Marc S. Friedman, Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross, PC, and Peter Tu, associate general counsel and senior director of intellectual property, Savient Pharma- ceuticals, Inc.
