The Members-in-Transition Committee of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America (NY ACCA) has scheduled its next session for Tuesday, February 10, where David Garber of Princeton Legal Staffing will make a presentation.
The session will take place at the offices of Kraft Kennedy and Lesser, Inc., 360 Lexington Avenue, 10th Floor, New York City. Those interested in attending should reply to [email protected].
The committee has conducted seven meetings recently, including three hosted by providers of legal employees to in-house legal departments. Axion Legal Services provided an overview of their unique in-house legal service and pointed out opportunities they have for part-time legal consultants. EPDine, Inc. and Empower Global also described their services. Several members of the group recently have succeeded in obtaining new positions.
