The Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) this month will present a CLE seminar titled Hot Immigration Topics for Employment Lawyers and Human Resources Professionals.
The program will take place on Tuesday, September 12 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the MBA Conference Center, 20 West Street, Boston.
The recent dramatic changes in immigration law and practice coupled with the continuing need for employers to hire foreign workers in an increasingly difficult political and social environment present compliance and rights issues with serious ramifications. Panelists at this seminar will provide practice pointers, potential pitfalls to avoid and an update on the law in this rapidly evolving area.
