The Georgetown University Law Center and the Association of Corporate Counsel this month have scheduled their 9th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute.
The event will take place on Thursday and Friday, March 10 and 11 at the GWU Law Center, Hart Auditorium. 600 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. Sessions will run from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
On Thursday, keynote speakers U.S. Sen. Paul S. Sarbanes and U.S. Rep. Michael G. Oxley will discuss The Sarbanes-Oxley Act: What Have We Learned?
On Friday, keynote speaker Michael G. Cherkasky, president & CEO of Marsh & McLennan Companies, will discuss The Lawyer as CEO: Lessons for the In-House Counsel.
