Fordham Law School Slates 14th Annual International IP Conference

The Fordham University School of Law this month has scheduled its 14th Annual Conference on International Intellectual Property Law and Policy.

The gathering will take place on Thursday and Friday, April 20 and 21 at the James B.M. McNally Amphitheatre, Fordham University School of Law, New York City.

This conference will analyze developments in copyright, patent, trademark, design and antitrust/competition law with regard to the European Union, European Patent Office, Asia, Japanese Patent Office, U.S. Copyright Office, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the World Trade Organization, and digital and information technology.

Among the speakers are Alison J. Brimelow, vice chairman, Administrative Council, European Patent Office; the Hon. Judge Michael Fysh Q.C., Patents County Court (London); the Hon. Justice Fidelma Macken, Supreme Court of the Republic of Ireland, and the Hon. Marybeth Peters, U.S. Copyright Office.
