The Fordham University Law School has scheduled its 33rd Annual Conference on International Antitrust this month.
The event will take place on Thursday and Friday, September 14 and 15 at the Pope Auditorium at the Fordham University Law School in New York City. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Among the topics to be addressed by conference participants are:
Criminal Enforcement of Antitrust Laws - U.S. Model;
Industrial Policy and Competition Law and Policy;
International Mergers;
Mergers in Small Economies;
Coordinated Effects in Merger Review: Lessons From Recent Cartel Cases;
General Approaches to Defining Abusive/Monopolistic Practices.
