Massachusetts CLE (MCLE) this month is offering a seminar titled Fiduciary Duties of Directors, Officers and Owners of Closely Held Businesses.
The program is scheduled for Thursday, August 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.
Panelists will help attendees sharpen their skills in identifying, avoiding, resolving and litigating disputes among business owners of closely held businesses.
