The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Fair Labor Standards Act - New Regulations.
The program will be presented at two locations, on Wednesday, August 18 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, Ohio, and on Wednesday, August 25 at the Forum Conference Center, Cleveland. Each session runs from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., with registration beginning at 1 p.m.
Speakers will be Fred G. Pressley, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, in Columbus, and Keith A. Ashmus and Brian J. Kelly, Frantz Ward LLP, in Cleveland.
