The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month has scheduled an ethics seminar titled The Challenges of In-House Counsel at Homewares Corporation, USA.
The program will take place on Friday, December 2 from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Pierce Atwood LLP, One Monument Square, Portland, ME.
The featured speaker will be Fred Krebs, president of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
