The firm of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. on Tuesday, February 28 is offering a free seminar for retail, service and hospitality employees titled The Hidden Landmines in Managing Your Workforce: A Seminar for In-House Counsel and HR Professionals.
Topics will include hiring, wage and hour issues, violence in the workplace, managing performance issues and termination, leaves of absence, privacy, harassment and discrimination, immigration and corporate responsibility.
The seminar will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Yale Club in New York City. CLE credits will be provided.
