'Entrepreneurship For Lawyers'

The DC Bar Association this month is planning a seminar titled Entrepreneurship for Lawyers, a program that deals with matters to which lawyers get little exposure in normal legal training or experience.

The session will take place on Thursday, June 10 from, 3 to 6 p.m. at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.

The program will provide an overview of the practical things that mean the difference between success and failure for the startup venture. The objective is to make attorneys aware of concepts and techniques that help entrepreneurs take advantage of opportunities and avoid being blind-sided, in a field where the unexpected is only to be expected.

The program will benefit lawyers who want to start their own businesses or better serve startup businesses and venture capital clients.

The speaker is Bob Kolodney, Klimek Kolodney & Casale PC.

See the Bulletin Board in this issue for details on registration fees for the afternoon program.
