'Enforcing $ Judgments'

To help attorneys deal with enforcing money judgments, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Enforcing $ Judgments.

The program will take place on Thursday, July 22 from 9 a.m. to noon at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

The faculty will offer an analytical framework and practical strategies for collecting the money from even "judgment proof" debtors.

The program chair is Kenneth M. Moltner, Bressler, Amery & Ross PC. Other faculty members include the Hon. Lucy Billings, Civil Court of the City of New York; Brian M. Cogan and Burton N. Lipshie, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, and David H. Pikus, Bressler Amery.
