The Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association (DELVACCA) will hold its annual dinner on Monday, January 26 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. The event will be sponsored by the firm of Cozen O'Connor.
Stacey Mobley, general counsel of DuPont, will be the featured speaker.
The cocktail hour will begin at 6 p.m.; dinner will be served at 7 p.m.
