The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America (DELVACCA) this month has scheduled a pair of CLE seminars.
On Friday, October 14, DELVACCA will present Issues in Employment Law: Spotting and Managing Common Problems in the Workplace. The program will run from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Laurel Creek Country Club, Mount Laurel, NJ.
Speakers at the morning session will include; Wanda Flowers, assistant general counsel, Sunoco Inc.; Mark Saloman, Proskauer Rose LLP; N. On Thursday, October 27, DELVACCA is offering Whistle While You Work: Ethical, Fiduciary & Other Dilemmas Facing In-House Lawyers. The session will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hotel DuPont, Wilmington, DE.
