DELVACCA Seminar Will ReviewSarbanes-Oxley Rules For Non-Profits

DELVACCA, the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America, on Thursday, December 16 is offering a CLE seminar titled Sarbanes-Oxley for Non-Profits.

The session, co-sponsored by Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, will examine what a director or trustee of a non-profit organization should know or worry about under the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Speakers at the morning session will be Tobey Oxholm, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, Drexel University; Lawrence Barth, senior deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania in charge of the Charitable Trusts and Organizations Section, and Jean Hemphill, Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.

The program will take place from 7:30 to 10 a.m. at Drexel University's Behrakis Grand Hall, Creese Student Center, 32nd & Chestnut streets, Philadelphia.

There is no registration fee for the seminar.
