Corporate Governance & Beyond was the theme of a full-day DELVACCA CLE Symposium for In-House Counsel co-sponsored by DuPont Legal and its Primary Law Firms and Service Providers on Friday, April 16 at the Union League of Philadelphia.
Included in six informative sessions were presentations and panels that addressed corporate governance accountability requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act; corporate investigations in the post-Enron era; handling high profile litigation; preservation of attorney-client privilege in an acquisition environment; high profile class actions and compliance issues related to the US Office of Homeland Security.

The keynote speaker was Pennsylvania Attorney General Gerald J. Pappert whose remarks focused on the multi-state process that the National Association of Attorneys General use in their coordinated effort to monitor various issues on behalf of the public interest.
