Social Security Law and Practice: Is Your Client Really Disabled? will be covered by Thomas Hodukavich, senior attorney adviser for the Philadelphia East Hearing Office, Social Security Administration.
Olha Rybakoff, director of the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Unit, will review State Enforcement of Delaware's Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Laws and Highlights From the New Do-Not-Call Law.
Jeffrey J. Clark and William W. Pepper Sr., both of Schmittinger & Rodriguez, and Ronald D. Smith, Hudson Jones Jaywork & Fisher, will present Ethical Challenges for State and Local Government Attorneys.
