On Thursday, March 9, the firm is offering Product Liability: Evolving Theories and Defense Strategies from 9 a.m. to noon at the Rainbow Room, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York City.

On Wednesday, March 22, the firm will present Developments Affecting M&A Deal Structures from 9 a.m. to noon, also at the Rainbow Room.
Speakers will be Gerald Adler, Richard A. Goldberg and Michael Hirschfeld, all of Dechert, and John M. Carroll, managing director and general counsel of Rothschild.
