The Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America and the firm of Dechert LLP this month are planning a CLE seminar titled International Private M&A - The Differences That Can Become Deal Breakers.
The program will take place on Wednesday, June 16 from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m. at the Dechert offices, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 23rd Floor, New York City.
