Turning dull and bureaucratic language into crisp, clear prose isn't an easy task. On Wednesday, August 27, the DC Bar Association will offer a course titled Effective Writing For Lawyers. The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. at the D.C. Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, in Washington, D.C.
Jody Beck of Writewell will lead new and seasoned attorneys in learning how to recognize and correct common writing problems.
