The DC Bar Association on Wednesday, November 10 has scheduled its Annual Employment Law Update.
Nationally recognized employment law attorney Robert B. Fitzpatrick, Fitzpatrick & Associates, will comment on the significant employment law decisions issued in 2004 by federal and state courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Materials describing the major decisions will be distributed.
Serving as moderator for the luncheon session is Connie N. Bertram, Venable LLP.
The program will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1250 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.
