The Dallas Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America this month has scheduled an All Day Corporate Symposium.
The program will take place on Thursday, May 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Prestonwood Country Club, 15909 Preston Road, Dallas.
The program, co-sponsored by Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP; Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP; Thompson & Knight LLP, and Fish & Richardson P.C., will have a mini-MBA format, covering financial statement analysis, valuation methodology, and management skills for in-house counsel.
