Critical Issues In Venture Capital ExploredIn California Seminar

On Tuesday, December 7, PLI will present Advanced Venture Capital 2010 to explain current market practice, deal terms and conditions, transaction documents and applicable securities, and the tax and ethical issues critical in the venture capital business.

The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the PLI California Center, 685 Market Street in San Francisco.

Designed for attorneys who advise startup companies and their investors and venture capitalists,the program will discuss the following topics: "super angels" and seed investment funds; secondary funds and investment structures; corporate governance for venture-backed companies; venture capital investing in Asia; cleantech investments; and exiting venture capital investments.
