'Corporate Governance 2004'



The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) this month is offering a timely CLE seminar titled Corporate Governance 2004.


The program is scheduled for Wednesday, June 23 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Nassau Club of Princeton, Mercer Street, Princeton, NJ.


This session will explore key developments in today's business environment. A panel of speakers including a judge, prosecutor, accountant, white-collar criminal defense attorney, and corporate, litigation and employment attorneys will address various compliance, management and ethical issues faced by in-house and outside counsel, accountants, and other business executives and professionals.


The moderator for the seminar is Cathryn A. Mitchell, former corporate counsel for Prince Sports.
