Corporate Counsel University Set In Baltimore

The Association of Corporate Counsel will present its fourth annual Corporate Counsel University: New Challenges, New Solutions Sunday through Tuesday, May 21 - 23, at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Hours are 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

Open only to in-house counsel, this event will teach those new to the role of in-house counsel the basics needed to succeed. In addition to formal sessions with practical tips and hands-on advice, there will be opportunities to interact with faculty and other attendees.

Among the speakers are: Margaret Foran, senior vice president-corporate governance, associate general counsel and corporate secretary, Pfizer Inc.; Lucinda P. Long, senior vice president and general counsel, Valley North Bank; Blane Erwin, vice president strategic initiatives, Bridgeway Software, and Mary B. Clark, executive vice president and chief legal officer, LexisNexis Examen, Inc.
