As part of its Business Document Drafting Series, the Colorado Bar Association is offering a half-day course on Drafting Business Acquisition and Other Related Documents on Wednesday, April 26 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the CLECI Large Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Suite 300, Denver, CO.
Melissa L. Mong, Moye White LLP will introduce the audience to the principal documentation used in business acquisitions.She will teach the right questions to askin order to properly structure the deal and the importance of confidentiality agreements, letters of intent and how to tailor a due diligence checklist. Participants will learn how to draft the principal provisions in an acquisition agreement and what to look for when reviewing the document.
