CBA Seminar Will Review Details Of New Bankruptcy Law

The Connecticut Bar Association (CBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Bankruptcy Basics: Representing Debtors Under the Bankruptcy Act of 2005.

The program will take place on Monday, November 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the CBA Law Center, 30 Bank Street, New Britain, CT.

This program will focus on three new concerns lawyers face when representing debtors under the Bankruptcy Reform Act: lawyers' disclosure requirements, budget and credit counseling requirements, and means testing.

Speakers will be Jeffrey M. Sklarz and Steven M. Kindseth, Zeisler & Zeisler PC.
