The firm of Budd Larner will continue its CLE Seminar Series next with a program titled Software Licensing Agreements.
The session will take place on Wednesday, March 3 at The Sheraton at Woodbridge Place, Iselin, NJ. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Participants will learn how to negotiate more equitable contracts for software licensing, support and maintenance, outsourcing and development. They also will learn how to avoid the confusion that often leads to litigation or paying significant additional license fees.
The featured speaker will be Budd Larner attorney Peter J. Frazza.
