Brown Raysman Plans June Seminars

The firm of Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP this month is continuing its series of breakfastand luncheon CLE seminars ontimely issues of interest to in-house counsel.

At each session, speakers will be Brown Raysman attorneys (still to be announced). All sessions take place at the Brown Raysman offices, 900 Third Avenue, New York City.

The breakfast programs, each running from 8:30 to 10 a.m., are being offered according to the following schedule:

  • Wednesday, June 15, Real Estate Brokerage Agreements: A Guide to Drafting and Negotiating Sale, Leasing and Management Agreements;
  • Wednesday, June 22, Issues in Open Source Software: Developing an Open Source Policy;
  • Wednesday, June 29, Defining the Right of Publicity in Professional Sports: What's Fair Play and What's Out of Bounds?

On Wednesday, June 8, Brown Raysman will be presenting a luncheon program, titled Ethics and the Evolving Role of Corporate Counsel, from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
