Best Practices In Workplace Investigations

Conducting workplace investigations properly is essential to effectively resolving an array of workplace issues, ranging from allegations of sexual harassment to claims of corporate malfeasance. To help attorneys understand how some colleagues have handled this successfully, the Boston Bar Association this month will present a CLE seminar titled Spotlight on Labor & Employment Law Best Practices: Conducting Workplace Investigations.

The program will take place on Thursday, March 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Boston Bar Conference Center, 16 Beacon Street, Boston.

The program chair for the evening seminar is William E. Hannum III, Schwartz Hannum PC. Panel moderators will be Herbert L. Holtz, Holtz Gilman & Grunebaum, and Sara Goldsmith Schwartz, Schwartz Hannum. Other speakers will be Richard F. Daley, ESA Wage & Hour Division, U.S. Department of Labor; Amy B.G. Katz, Genzyme Corporation, and Gilbert May, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
