BBA Seminar Will ExamineDevelopments In Construction Law



The Boston Bar Association on Friday, June 11 will present its Fourth Annual Construction Law Update.


The panel of speakers will address cutting-edge issues relating to construction law, including the following:


Recent Developments Under the Massachusetts Mechanic's Lien Law: The SJC Weighs In will be reviewed by Robert V. Lizza, Holland & Knights LLP.


Selected Issues in Labor and Employment Law for Construction Professionals will be examined by Jeffrey H. Lerer, Foley Hoag LLP.


Recent Developments in Surety Law will be covered by John P. Connelly, Peabody & Arnold LLP.


Serving as program chairs are Paul M. James, Holland & Knight, and Bruce Tribush, Goodwin Procter.


The session will run from 9 a.m. to noon at the BBA Conference Center, 16 Beacon Street, Boston.
