The State Bar of Arizona has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Immigration Issues: The Ever-Expanding Concerns.
The program will take place on Wednesday, October 17 from 9 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites, 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson. AZ.
Among the discussion topics will be: recent case law and how it helps or hurts clients; how the new state laws affect your foreign national clients; I-9s, employee status verification: the latest update; how foreign nationals can own and operate businesses in the U.S.; issues that emerge when a U.S. citizen marries a foreign national, and the significance and consequences of signing an Affidavit of Support.
