The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Real Estate Titles and Transfers in two greater New York City locations.
Programs will take place on Tuesday, June 7 at the Huntington Hilton, 598 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY, and on Thursday, June 16 at the DoubleTree Hotel Tarrytown, 455 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.
The program is intended to provide the real estate practitioner with current information applicable to conveyance and financing issues.
Serving as overall planning chair is Melvyn Mitzner, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
