To help attorneys understand nonimmigrant and immigrant visa requirements and who need this understanding, the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education this month will present a CLE seminar titled Advanced Immigrant Practice: Strategies & Solutions for Specific Occupations.
The program will take place on Wednesday, January 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center, Ryders Lane Exit off Route One, New Brunswick, NJ.
The session, featuring an authoritative panel of immigration practitioners, will cover specific industries and review the strategies and solutions for dealing with immigration matters in each industry segment. The program is designed for practitioners with some experience in immigration practice.
Some of the industries and job categories to be covered include: the hospitality industry, hospitality workers, the healthcare industry, the educational arena, the technology industry, and the religious and not-for-profit arena.
