Administrative Law CourseScheduled By State Bar Of Texas

The 18th Annual Advanced Administrative Law Course has been planned for this month by the State Bar of Texas.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, September 28 and 29 at the Austin Convention Center, 500 Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, TX. Sessions run from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first day and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the second day.

Among the topics to be addressed are:

Overview of Rule Making in Texas;

Ethics in Administrative Law;

Motion and Discovery Practice Before the SOAH;

Regulation of 501(c)(3) Organizations;

Federal Administrative Law Update;

Tips From Inside the Third Court of Appeals.
