ABCNY Slates Employment Ethics Seminar

Ethics in Labor & Employment Law Issues for Attorneys & Arbitrators is the title of a seminar planned for this month by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (ABCNY).

The program will take place on Wednesday, June 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the House of the Association, 42 West 44th Street, New York City.

A panel of experienced arbitrators and practitioners will review and discuss the different ethical obligations that the parties and arbitrators have in labor and employment settings. They also will review the governing ethical standards in the American Arbitration Association's Code of Ethics for Arbitrators in Commercial Disputes and the Code of Professional Responsibility for Arbitrators of Labor Management Disputes.
