ABCNY Seminar Focus: D&O Liability Insurance



Directors and officers liability is a unique and complex area of the law that requires special consideration and handling.


This issue will be the focus of a CLE seminar titled D&O Liability Insurance in the Age of Sarbanes-Oxley planned for Thursday, June 10 by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
