'A Day On Real Estate - East'



For attorneys who want to be brought up to date on some of the most essential topics in real estate, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) on Tuesday, August 3 will represent a seminar titled A Day on Real Estate - East.


Some of the discussion topics to be covered at this day-long program are Letters of Intent as Pre-negotiation Contracts, Tax Update for Real Estate Lawyers, Raising Money From Investors, Environmental Regulation Update, Commercial Lease Hot Spots, and How Your Computer Can Get You Into Trouble.
