Virginia CLE this month will offer video replays of its 22nd Annual Real Estate Practice Seminar in three locations in northern Virginia.
The sessions will take place on Tuesday, October 12 at the Executive Conference & Training Center at Tysons Corner, 8201 Greensboro Drive, Tysons Corner; on Wednesday, October 13 at the Executive Conference & Training Center at Dulles, 22685 Holiday Park Drive, Dulles, and on Thursday, October 14 at the Tuscarora Mill Restaurant and Cafè, 203 Harrison Street, Leesburg. Each program runs from 9:05 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m.
The program topics include: case law updates, legislative updates, ethics issues in real estate, CRESPA and Wet Settlement Act refreshers, bankruptcy issues in real estate, and foreclosure.
The moderator at each of these sessions is Susan M. Pesner, Pesner Kawamoto Law Group.
