2006 NJICLE/NJCCA Business Law Symposium

The New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) and the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA) on Friday, March 3 will present their 2006 Business Law Symposium.

This popular annual conference this year features a new format. A panel of leading New Jersey practitioners, supported by a group of "outside experts" from the floor, will present a comprehensive analysis of a complex commercial transaction that includes many aspects associated with acquisition of an out-of-state, financially troubled company by a mid-size New Jersey entity.

Serving as conference coordinators are Ira Meislik, Meislik & Levavy, and Richard A. Walsh, Clemente, Mueller & Tobia, PA.

The conference will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Pines Manor, Edison, NJ.
